How does automatic tracking work?
Crews clock in automatically when they arrive at a jobsite and clock out when they leave. Location settings keep tracking consistent without extra taps.
Do crews need to keep the app open?
No. Once permissions are set, Timewire runs in the background and logs time automatically.
Can we approve and export timesheets?
Yes. Managers can review and export timesheets to payroll or invoicing in minutes.
Does Timewire support multiple jobsites?
Absolutely. Track hours by crew, job, and location with visibility across all active sites.
Can I charge day rates instead of hourly rates?
Yes. For Work Sites, you can enable day rate billing and set a daily rate amount with a minimum hours threshold. If you work the minimum hours or more, you'll be billed at the day rate. If you work fewer hours, Timewire automatically falls back to hourly billing. Day rates are configured per location when adding or editing work sites.
How secure is our data?
Timewire uses encrypted data transfer and role-based access. You control who can see hours, jobs, and payroll exports.
