Cancel Subscription

Timewire subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel your subscription, you'll need to do so through your iPhone settings or the App Store.

Method 1: Cancel via Settings

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions".
  4. Find and tap "Timewire" in your list of subscriptions.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Free Trial".
  6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Method 2: Cancel via App Store

  1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions".
  4. Select "Timewire" from the list.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

Important Information

  • You'll keep access to Timewire until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will end.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
  • If the "Cancel Subscription" button is missing but you see "Expires [date]" in red, your subscription is already canceled.
  • Free trial cancellations may end access immediately, depending on the trial terms. Check your subscription details for specific information.

Troubleshooting

Can't find your subscription?

  • Check which Apple ID was used to purchase the subscription. Look for email receipts from Apple.
  • Your subscription may be billed through a different Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the correct account.
  • If you still can't find it, contact Apple Support for assistance.
